Withlacooche Permaculture: Our homestead and future permaculture center, currently houses a budding plant database.
Nakba ’48: The first organization I was involved with at UF. With some diverse and amazing people we were able to publish a journal, bring some great speakers, create some critical debate on campus and learn many unexpected lessons.
Students for a Human Society: Another organization that I helped found in the beginning of 2006 out of the need to focus on a wider (particularly local) range of issues. We were small but very active and helped support just about every active organization on campus and in the community.
Gator Homeless Coalition: Originally created by David’s students, we combined social services with critiques of the university, pointing out our responsibility to the community for sucking up resources and driving up housing costs. We learned a lot and pissed many people off while forming concrete connections with the homeless community.
Liberation is a Praxis: My old blog, barely used but displays an interesting (or embarrassing) progression of my thought.

Just wanted to say hi, i really like your website and its overt focus on reflexivity. Great pics, makes me long for the great wide open West. Talk soon,
